fring has launched its client for Apple’s iPhone, which makes fring the first VOIP application for the iPhone. The released version of fring for the iPhone is a "special pre-release R&D version of fring" and the full version of fring would be available later this year based on feedback on the special pre-release R&D version. The recent release of the iPhone SDK has made this possible and it wont be long when we might see many other useful applications released for the iPhone. Read more here
